Internet Speed & Bandwidth Guide
To ensure a seamless workout experience, Yoga Anytime streams online Yoga class videos in four video quality settings: Auto-Detect, High Definition (HD), Medium, and Low.
By default, our intelligent Auto-Detect streaming feature evaluates your internet connection and selects the optimal playback quality for your device. If you prefer to manually control your streaming resolution, you can easily toggle between HD, Medium, or Low settings directly in the video player controls.
If you encounter video buffering, freezing, or slow playback performance, switching to the Low quality setting will help maintain smooth video streaming on slower or unstable network connections.
Recommended Internet Speed for HD Yoga Streaming
For uninterrupted HD video streaming, we recommend a high-speed broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps for optimal performance across TVs, desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
You can easily test your current network speed using free online speed test tools such as the Speedtest.net tool.
Simply navigate to Speedtest.net and click Go or Begin Test to measure your download speed and latency.
